Dave is Head of Litigation and Disputes, Nextracker LLC, a publicly traded company providing utility-scale solar energy generation systems.  Before joining Nextracker, he spent over 30 years leading patent infringement, trade secret and numerous other technology-focused litigations. Dave was an equity partner in the IP litigation departments at several AmLaw 100 firms. He serves as co-lead of Sedona’s WG12 drafting team on Trade Secret Monetary Remedies. He speaks regularly and authors articles on issues related to trade secret and patent damages. He received his undergraduate degree from Stanford and his law degree from Northwestern.
